You have got to be kidding me!!! Sometimes the light just malfunctions and nothing is wrong, I hope that is the case!

Do you trust your mechanic?
confession: ours has been on for months and we have never had it looked at. The person who changed our oil told us that every so many miles they sometimes just go off for routine maintenance/check up. Our car has a "closed system" so the oil guy couldn't take a look or flip it off (or whatever you do). Hope that's the case with yours!
